Christmas spice, forest floor, tree bark, black plum and black cherry notes all emerge from the 2018 Patz & Hall Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir. It’s distinct style is earthy, spicy and fruit-forward all at the same time. Wonderful acidity merges perfectly with the toasty spiciness at the back of the palate and frames the lovely, well-balanced finish. A lovely wine to drink now, it should cellar well for another 7 years or more.
