After pressing, the juice is transferred to neutral oak barrels for fermentation and aging. This complex and medium to full-bodied Pinot Gris gives ripe yellow pear, Navel orange peel, white wild flowers and a touch of cream. Acidity is ample on the front palate and gorgeous minerality is present on the back palate. This is not your typical easy-drinking Pinot Gris, this wine is complex, full to medium body, structured and interesting to drink. Only 145 cases produced.
