100% estate fruit coming from the Revana Vineyard, this Pommard clone Pinot Noir is aged in 23% new French oak barrels for 10 months. A deep magenta color with a silvery rim and aromas of blueberry pie, boysenberry, Christmas spices, and tilled earth showcase what is to come. The palate is much fresher and leaner than the nose, with a more red-fruit and warm baking spice character that lingers on the palate for minutes. Tannins are rounded and integrated, the body is medium to full, and acidity checks in on the high side. Delicious. Only 320 cases produced.
