Aged for 10 months in 36% new French oak barrels, it showcases a light lemon core with a silver rim in the glass. Bright notes of grilled citrus, white peach, toasted hazelnuts, and just a smooch of white mushroom are all present on the nose. Cantaloupe, white wildflowers, pink peppercorn, and toasted bread flavors then hit the palate. Gorgeous acidity aids the long and stone-fruit finish.Only 250 cases were produced.
