40% Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon with the rest coming from the Quintessence, Heart of the Hill, and Shaw vineyards, it comprises 97% Cabernet Sauvingnon with the rest being Cabernet Franc. Producing spectacular aromas of black plum, black currant, dried thyme, new leather, fresh lavender, a hint of molasses, and a dry evergreen forest on the nose, this high-acid, full-bodied, and luscious wine really excels. The palate is just as gorgeous with additional aspects of creamy melted chocolate, mocha powder, and dried mountain mint. Best in 2024, then enjoy for another 15 years or longer. 5000 cases produced.
