Intense aromatics of honey-coated gala apple, lemon peel, creme brulee and vanilla beans blend together to create a very intriguing Chardonnay from the famous Bien Nacido Vineyard. The mouthfeel is lucious with a burst of green apple, lemon custard, wet crushed stones and tobacco leaf. The 30% new oak doesn’t overpower the fruit and is well integrated into the fruity and herbaceous backbone of this Chardonnay. 1490 cases produced.
