The 2011 Oso Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is absolutely delicious from start to finish as it delivers fantastic aromas of black cherries, currants, herbs, spices and hints of chocolate upon opening. The wine shows nice depth, with a wonderful round, velvety texture before ending with a persistent finish. Look to approach this sooner rather than later. (Best 2015-2021) - January, 2015 (JD)
