Resting for 10 months in French oak barrels, with 30% being new, the 2021 Justice Vineyard Pinot Noir from Bethel Heights boasts a neon ruby core with a light pink rim in the glass. A bouquet of marionberry, strawberry fruit leather, toasted baking spice, and Blood orange oil explode from the glass, with additional flavors of fresh violet flowers, wet earth, and black tea hitting hard on the palate. Tannins are round and sweet, while the acidity is ample enough to carry the lengthy finish. 345 cases were made.
