Harvested from the lowest elevation vineyard of Domaine Serene and aging 17 months in French oak barrels, this 2018 Jerusalem Hill Pinot Noir is delectably delicious. Medium ruby-colored with a stunning bouquet of black cherry, black raspberry, candied violet, blood orange, oak spice, and wet earth, it flows over the palate with medium to full-body richness, remarkable balance and a great spicy and savory finish. Tannins are a bit edgy right now so give this another 2-3 years in bottle and then enjoy it for another decade.
