The 2019 Momtazi Pinot Noir from St Innocent is much fresher on the nose than its 2018 sibling, showcasing lovely notes of red raspberry, wild huckleberry, red plum, pine forest, and sweet cinnamon on the nose. The palate delivers a richer experience with flavors of blueberry pie, pencil shavings, a touch of black tea leaves, exotic spice, and white mushroom. Tannins are chewy but balanced, while acidity checks in on the high side. Better in 2023, then enjoy over the next eight years. 1248 cases made.
