Darker fruit on the nose - black cherry, red raspberry, red plum skin, cedary herbs, dried mint Light raspberry core with a silvery rim. The palate is more red fruit driven with a Sumatra orange rind kick. High acidity, medium levels of tannin, luscious finish. About 400 cases made.
