Fruit coming from vines planted in 2008, this wine is fermented with 30% whole cluster and spends 22 days on the skins. It’s much lighter in the glass than the other Harper Voit Pinot Noirs from 2019, with a light ruby core that could almost pass as a Tavel rosé. But don’t let the lighter color fool you - this wine absolutely stuns on the nose with aromas of red raspberry, cranberry, watermelon rind, pink peppercorn, toasted tree nuts, dusty country road, and fresh rose. it’s well-rounded on the palate, with beautiful body, focus, and structure. Only 100 cases produced.
