Fermented in 10% new French oak, this wine emits a light lemony-gold core with a silvery rim. Gorgeous aromas of Meyer lemon, crushed volcanic rock, cedary thyme, and just a hint of dried banana pop from the glass. The palate has a bit of honey-coated pear sweetness on the mid-palate that is balanced out by the elevated acidity and crushed-stone minerality. Only 258 cases produced.
