A fabulous Chardonnay from Elton that opens with notes of yellow apple, Honeydew melon, citrusy herbs, toasted almond paste, and just a touch of grated nutmeg. Aged for 10 months in 20% new French oak, it delivers a full body, a luscious mouthfeel, and racy acidity but also finishes a touch oily and creamy. Just 300 cases produced.
