Bevan Cellars is one of Napa Valley's most esteemed wineries. It is headed by talented winemaker Russell Bevan and his partner Victoria De Crescenzo. Starting out as wine enthusiasts themselves, Russell and Victoria's passion for wine lead them to where they are today. When Russell and Victoria were living in Minneapolis, they were making frequent trips to the valley, spending time studying the techniques of accomplished winemakers of the region including; Philip Togni, Bob Foley and Greg La Follette. They would watch each of them go about their craft to discover the little nuances that separated them from the rest.

Russell and Victoria decided to head back to the Valley, and after searching for the perfect spot to set their feet, they finally settled on a plot of land in Bennett Valley, just miles away from Russell's child hood home. It was here where the magic began for Bevan Cellars, and little did they know at the time, but they would soon be making some of the finest wines in all of Napa Valley.

Today Bevan Cellars produces some of the most sought after, ultra-premium, collectable wines in Napa Valley. They also show a diverse range, producing excellent Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the vineyards from the Sonoma Coast and Russian River Valley AVA’s.

The latest releases from Bevan Cellars are amongst the finest wines from this magnificent vintage. Russell Bevan has produced and incredible range of wines in 2018, highlighted by his inaugural release from Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard, which we awarded a perfect 100 points. This was closely followed by the outstanding wines from Houyi Vineyard on Pritchard Hill (99 Points), as well as his amazing Cabernet from Harbison Vineyard in Eastern Oakville (98 Points). Bevan has achieved a truly remarkable accomplishment in 2018, producing such a wide range of wines, each from different vineyards across the valley, and absolutely nailing every one of them. These wines should be at the very top of every Napa Valley wine lovers wishlists. They are big, bold and beautiful, not to mention utterly delicious.
